This is treason - plain and simple. Musk and Trump need to be brought up on treason charges. “Providing aid and comfort to the enemy.”

who will charge then persecute them?
Prosecute. Persecuting is what they are doing to us.
But I hear you.
When people say that the country is built on the rule of law, they mean it literally. There is no enforcement mechanism in the constitution that would allow the courts to enforce their rulings. We have gone for 250 years without anyone in the White House ignoring court rulings. They are ruling and he is effectively saying “Make Me.” The only remedy that is explicitly in the constitution is impeachment, and we know this congress and senate won’t do that. They are completely in his thrall. And if they did, then we’d end up with Vance who is showing his true, Putin-pocketed, nazi inspired colors in Germany - just today.
They could swear out a bench-warrant for Musk, but Trump would just proactively pardon him - unless he’s really getting sick of the Co-President stuff.
The courts deputizing anyone to carry out their enforcement would lead to an instant constitutional crisis - which again, I think they are purposefully working to provoke, so they can just light the constitution on fire.
I think we need some brilliant ideas, right now - quick, fast, and in a hurry.
Well, Andrew Jackson ignored them and we got the American historical period of excellence we now affectionately refer to as the Trail of Tears, so there's that...
Our digital fortresses now have their drawbridges permanently lowered, moats drained, and guards replaced by cardboard cutouts. The sheer incompetence radiating from these exposures would be comical if it weren’t treason-adjacent. Nuclear labs leaking like sieve-powered colanders? Treasury systems broadcasting “hack me” beacons? This isn’t cybersecurity—it’s geopolitical seppuku with Elon’s DOGE cronies holding the ceremonial blade.
AI slurping classified data through Inventry.ai’s API is peak dystopia. We’ve outsourced national secrets to algorithms trained on crypto-bro hustle culture. The same geniuses who brought you “production-ready” self-driving flamethrowers now hold the keys to 20% of the economy.
Meanwhile, every script-kiddie from Siberia to Shenzhen is mapping our infrastructure like tourists with a Pentagon-themed scavenger hunt list. The founding fathers would’ve started a second revolution over this. Instead, we get congressional hearings and thoughts and prayers encrypted in compliance theater.
