OMG, this looks delicious! Is there a recipe?

It's something that I put together so it's my own

For the noodles

  • First you'll have to make the mushroom paste - sauté chopped mushrooms, garlic and onions until brown
  • Blend them into a paste and set aside
  • Chop green onions and fry them in a wok. I used sesame oil.
  • add an egg and scramble
  • Put the noodles in the same wok and stir fry it, add some more sesame oil for flavor
  • Add the mushroom paste you made earlier
  • Add 1-2tbsp of soy sauce; Add 1 tbsp fish sauce. Taste. Add salt if needed. Taste again.
  • Do all this on high heat.
  • Add a little bit of sesame oil again to the bottom to get a little browning and crisp

For the chicken - Just follow any sweet/honey/orange chicken recipe :)
