oh shit, my bad. Interesting that you point that out, because this whole time I had told myself that the only real difference in the design of many of Toriyama's characters were their hair styles. But actually you're right, Vegeta has distinct features that set him apart from other characters.
True, and Toriyama's character designs were actually pretty varied, though similar enough that you can instantly tell if a character was designed by him. But this in particular is easy to tell because it's a reference to this video
