It does really feel like a conclusion. Obviously, with the game not getting updated/abandoned for so long but, man.
Seeing it like this really made me tear up.
I so badly miss playing TF2 in the first few years it came out, still back in days when custom servers were king and you'd make friends with other random people who always played on the same servers. Games just don't feel like that anymore smh
Yeah, and most servers just had open chat where you would shoot the shit with the whole server. You'd share funny meme sprays, maybe play some micspam. After a while, one of the mods would make gravity all fucky or turn on some wacky game mode full of jank and made by some rando.
Sure, there were servers where winning was serious business, but that wasn't the default. That was just there if you really wanted to tryhard
I like how they don't even explain the reason behind the feud between the Administrator and Zepheniah Mann. Both of them seem to have forgotten why, and it's just become pointless. Seems to thematically fit the game as well.
It does feel that way through out the rest of the game. The second one would ask "Why are we fighting?" it's just answered with a conga taunt.
