Started up season 2 of Avatar The Last Airbender and it occurred to me that I never skip the intro sequences for any episode of this show. It’s just so good.

What other show intros can you not skip?

Peacemaker and What We Do in the Shadows. I just love the music.

Absolutely!

Arcane, it's always a good intro.

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

It's kind of cheating but Invincible. Since the intro is like 5 seconds long

Not that I rewatch Games of Thrones really but I would always watch that intro, and got unreasonably excited when some new region was “unlocked”.

Yep, I loved the Game of Thrones intro and the music. Hearing it would get me hyped for the episode!

Dandadan. The little dance that Aira does is fun

I think the second Dungeon Meshi intro is the one for me. Its so upbeat and the animation is cute and funny.

The Simpsons. The chalkboard and couch gags are worth the watch.

[–] Courantdair@jlai.lu 1 points 3 months ago

I always wait to see the chalkboard, then +20s brings me just before the couch

I can tell you an intro I always skip, SG-1. I love that show so much, but the into sucks for all 10 seasons.

Dude same. I didn't mind so much that weird yet clsssy one of the blue pharoah-like thing, but when they redid it to the one with shots from the show and people striking dramatic poses it was awful. So. Naff.

[–] Junkernaught@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 3 months ago

Justified. Same intro for all six seasons and so good.

[–] 1hitsong@lemmy.ml 2 points 3 months ago

Lost and Scrubs because they're so short.

Psych because it's fun and catchy.

Deadman Wonderland.

can't get over the millennium edgy English sung lyrics

"I'll BEH YOUER DEAUD MAUUUNNN"

X-Men tas is iconic and the animated '90s reboot had some fun with the intro, Batman tas is a classic, and game of thrones had a really good intro to set the tone for an episode.

Does Unreal Tournament counts? Otherwise it would be Deus Ex.

[–] Commiunism@beehaw.org 1 points 3 months ago

The Sopranos intro, hands down

[–] anotherhoffmann@feddit.org 1 points 3 months ago

Dark, Stranger Things, Cowboy Bebop

I quite liked "Boardwalk Empire" intro.
