It's just a basic browser with a copilot-like summary feature. Possibly a bit of a smaller niche on the mobile market, but not in any way special.

I downloaded it and did a search and it just opened up Google. Am I missing something?

You can either use Arc search or Google search within the app (at least on iOS).
