My favorite part was when Hank showed up, deadpanned the fourth wall, and said “I guess that means junior is… braking bad” and then schradered all over the place while maintaining eye contact with the camera

You're probably thinking of rally race car drivers. They use both feet. But they've been heavily trained to do so. It just doesn't make sense to do it on public roadways.

There's a technique called "heel-toe" shifting which involves using different parts of the right foot to operate the brake and throttle at the same time, while the left foot works the clutch.
