Haha, exactly how I do it. One account to block NSFW, and one account exclusively for NSFW.
I still prefer all because I get that… all. Any of the other methods limit the communities you see. Well except the instances I block, you know which ones.

I took it to mean someone's journey when they first discover the Fediverse - so Local is first bc that's the default for Lemmy, then they need to discover communities to subscribe to so All, and so on.
