The Lemmy mobile app is excellent. I never feel a need to download an app to browse on mobile.

I mean, you don't really need any addons if you're using the lemmy web, so I'd recommend going with addon-less bromite or "Webapps" from F-droid so u get better performance

The trick for me has been diversification. Firefox replaced RIF.

I want features the web UI doesn't have, like an inage viewer with zoom gestures and a direct file share button.

Thunder has that, and as a foss app I will be able to add more stuff that I want, like easy toggling or dismissing of read posts, and more.
