Have you considered vegetables?
You just have to eat more until your stomach gets used to it
Too much spice and too much salt. Please eat less.
Eat something that isn't ladened with chilis
Get some antacid tablets
Second this, run a course of some omeprazole and it should clear you right up. I find even just one pill works like a charm.
I think you may have acid reflux. Here's some treatments

Once I drunk undiluted vineagar and goddamn my throat still hurts from it. I haven't learned my lesson from it 2 years ago, but I'm starting to realize it now... I'm weaning myself over acidic things like coffee (I switched to cold brew) and it's hell
I will share this again: I had a phase in middle school where I would have one buldak every afterschool with my two friends. We had to stop because one of us got stomach ulcer.
I now see that you are the same person that I left this very same comment!! Stop before stomach cancer stops you!
You think I'm risking stomach cancer from too much spicy shit, seriously?
I'm asking genuinely
No way, ulcers are caused by medication or bacteria not spice. Spicy food just makes existing ulcers more painful.
I will not be able to professionally answer that. But that was the line the doctor at the ER my friend met said
Eat a box of baking soda next
(Don't actually do this)
O O
That is a venn diagram of things you should do and things you did
Add something that neutralizes the spice next time
Milk, for example
Have you seriously not taken any antacids?
