This included companies like Alfa in Poland that were supposed to supply everything from flak jackets to artillery pieces and ammunition.

If you recall the corruption of US contractors in Afghanistan, this was entirely predictable - another obstacle in addition to insufficient industrial capacity. With allies like this, Ukraine needs no enemies.
