He also got suspended from Twitch in 2019 for filming in and streaming from a convention bathroom. This guy seems like a monster. Somehow seems relevant but perhaps The Verge writers forgot about it.

I watched that stream live.

He went to bathroom, announced beforehand, and his camera man fucked up and went in with him to bathroom, while he went into a stall for a number 2. The camera guy realized his mistake and walked out of the bathroom fairly quickly.

That incident isn't the way you're making it out to be.
