I only got 1.5 hours into this, and holy shit it's a mess. I can't imagine spending that kind of money on something like that.
So I was wondering what you mean when you say you only made it 1.5 hours in. Then I clicked the link.
The video is 4 FUCKING HOURS LONG?!
I’m not watching that, what the fuck kind of Zach Snyder arrogance is thinking 4 hours is a reasonable time commitment for a topic like this.
She put the work in and there's so much of her dry humour throughout it kills me. I am watching in installments though.
I saw the whole damn thing in one night, but I had nothing else to do, sitting on standby keeping an eye on my old sleeping cat, he just started medical treatment and the good news seems to be that it's working and the side effects are not too bad.
But yeah, your post gave me something perfect to pass the time with during the wee hours.
That's kind of Jenny's style though: long-form, ridiculously detailed discussion of a particular topic. Her fans seem to enjoy it, and if you treat it like a podcast to be listened to in the background while you do other stuff it's tolerable.
I can't imagine sitting down for 4+ hours to intently watch someone talk into a camera.

Oh relax. It's free entertainment. She doesn't owe you specifically anything. For all it matters, she could have made a 10 hour video of a cat meowing, and she would have been allowed to do so with or without your approval.

you missing the wonder of jenny fucking nicholson, and i assure you whatever preconceptions of ego you're assigning to her, are overwhelmed in their entirety by her intelligence, wit, experience, and deep deep backround references and analysis. i think your response was triggerd by the "holy shit it's a mess" comment you replied to, with your brain doing that weird thing it does when it reacts to less than the full information, chunkystyles was sayin the starcruiser was a mess, not jenny's review of it. it's 4hrs of amazing. check it out, or don't, but nicholson is on her fucking game, unlike anything that snyder has put out in 10 years.
