A lot of polling organizations are still in the practice of just calling numbers in random parts of the country and asking who you plan to vote for.

Who still answers random numbers they don't recognize? The answer is old people.

Not just calling "number," calling land lines.

Similar thing for online polls. Tech savvy people would lean left and we tech people, by in large, wouldn't bother wasting our time on these polls. Meanwhile the people who do usually lean toward a certain side.

Old people and lonely people. People who are insecure and want to talk to others, but they have few people willing to put up with them. Trump voters.

Polls have never been that accurate and they're getting worse. Romney ahead of Obama in polls

I'm not suggesting folks get complacent but I wouldn't lose sleep over any polls this far out. The fact that Trump has ANY support is worrying though.

Of course, this is not about polls. This is about primary voters.

The really weird thing is how the Democrats have been beating those polls nationwide by 9+ points since Roe v. Wade was overturned.

It's almost like the media needs a horse race.

Democrats have been beating those polls nationwide by 9+ points since Roe v. Wade

Really? That has not been my impression, except AFAIK Democrats have won a few elections since then.
