"October rain" refers to the countless bombs raining down on Palistinians.
I thought it referred to the helicopter gunships blowing up Palestinians and Israelis indiscriminately when they rained down on 'suspicious' people in the concert in the immediate aftermath
shhhhhhh... It was for the greater good...
