So are uncommitted votes not being counted in every state?
only 5-10 have that option and actually count them iirc. there's a wide variety of inbetweens too tho
I think only some states have "uncommitted" on the ballot
Texas didn't have it. Just left the line blank on my ballot (what's called a "spoiled ballot"). So you can see these records show up in the under count.
