Tbf this may not be entirely wrong, I know a lot of women who look like that and most of them are Slava Ukraini Hillary voters who think they're radical communists cuz they went to one BLM march and support free weed and legal college.

I’ve only seen that emoji used to make fun of
liberalism, since the person in the emoji made a video advocating for that kind of liberalism. I haven’t seen that emoji used in the context of making fun of anyone’s appearance, and if I did see it I’d think it was sus.

But I don't think we do much better when it comes to judging people by their appearance, we got plenty of meme mocking CHUDs and pretty crackers for how their look.
That’s because there is a difference between mocking the appearance of CHUDs and petty crackers vs. mocking the appearance of random women we know nothing about.
(When I say appearance I am referring to fashion and style, not body characteristics which are ofc never okay to mock)
