The stupid motherfucker that tried to evict me went so far as to illegally record me through my bedroom door. I confronted him with the threat of literal prison time (something I did not want to do and would not have gone through with) an he was literally trembling before me. It's done, it is finally over and in the process I get a friend a place to live.

Yeah... seems horrible to be with him... at the same time, I hope he gets some shelter and rethink his life choices...
