The stupid motherfucker that tried to evict me went so far as to illegally record me through my bedroom door. I confronted him with the threat of literal prison time (something I did not want to do and would not have gone through with) an he was literally trembling before me. It's done, it is finally over and in the process I get a friend a place to live.

Ironically that guy actually was a victim of wrongful arrest (they arrested him on zero evidence because he kind of looked a bit like a guy they were looking for.)
