Maybe i'm over thinking it. What is the message or meaning I'm missing?
Glass is made from sand, they are saying that someone changing their genders equivalent to the process of making glass from Sand so therefore a transphobic person would call a glass sand as that was it's "original form"
So there has to be a physical change?

Yes, they are allowed to change they're clothes and use makeup if they want
