If Trump is really a wannabe fascist dictator just throw his ass in jail until he dies. Why hinge the whole thing on whether or not Biden wins?
Because if they throw one president in prison it's a slippery slope to the rest of them being held liable for their many, many crimes.

Liberals insist that republicans are fascist, taliban, compromised by foreign agents, undemocratic, and evil and that only the Democratic Party can protect democracy. Yet they will still allow the republicans to operate and hold contests with them every 2-4 years.

I absolutely hate that word in english. I grow up reading and hearing that "partyzant" is a guy who kills nazis and blows up their stuff. Bipartisan should be just two of them. And now every time i hear that word in english it's always US ghouls agreeing on some ghoulish shit.
