I think I'd actually call the cops if I couldn't break into the locker and make somebody explain to the cops why my stuff is behind a lock
You'd need to crowbar all of them since you don't know which specific locker your package is in until you punch in the code, or in this case, your phone connects to it via Bluetooth which is when your door opens

I can't imagine a cop spending doing anything about it besides arresting you for trying to break into it.
They'll just use their magic words that get them out of protecting anyone but the bourgeoisie, "It's a civil matter".
