In the Spanish alphabet, ñ is a different letter from n. ñ is called enye. The letter makes the n-sound and the y-sound.

the correct pronunciation is ( ha la peen yo ) or ( ha la payn yo )

A lot of people miss the y-sound, some people use the j-sound instead of h.

I definitely miss the y-sound. I've heard it like that many times but my Anglo "brain" put it before the last n instead of after. Thanks for humouring me <3
