They're from Year Hare Affair which is a Chinese animation depicting China's relationships with other countries (eagle and bear) through the cold war period. It's a fun show.
China likes to depict China as a bunny.
Year Hare Affair is cute, though its anthropomorphizing/personification can get a bit problematic (regarding depicting Koreans as an ethnic slur) as well as misrepresenting/simplifying soviet assistance to China (there's a subplot about China having to invent nuclear weapons in spite of the USSR).
The show is still somehow going strong
As I understand it, the Chinese were promised support in developing their nuclear program including a prototype but the USSR ended up only providing one single lecture which had incomplete information. Sino-Soviet split stuff that China is still salty about.
That sounds about right. It's mostly that year hare affair can get nationalistic at points, which, for a webseries started by one guy, is pretty tame.
