I'm aware that some cities had systems of penalizing and rewarding small actions years ago. I'm under the impression those were not directly tied to the court's ability to restrict business owners who defraud the public, refuse to pay back loans, and the restrictions they can put on people who refuse to pay court fines. But either way, thats what I meant by intentional misinterpretations in the west. The things that existed and still exist in China are nothing at all like the draconian citizen-score that determines everything, which Western media and politicians have dreamt up. I appreciate your comment expanding upon this though, we are generally of one mind here.
