Not to be a grammar Israeli but there was no reason to capitalize the 'h' in hire; also this experiment was already tested at twitter when Elon Musk took over and fired everyone who knew how everything worked and then had to beg them to come back.
Also if you did all this and then one of the people you hired dyed their hair or got a septum piercing do you think they'll suddenly take a massive nerf to their software engineering skill? Are you playing so many video games you think you can alter your stats with different gear or appearance options?
