I don't like to dwell on a movie's description or details before watching it so I'm looking for movies to go into blind.

A few classics that haven't been mentioned yet are Rear Window, The Planet of the Apes (1968), and Se7en. Se7en is absolutely still worth watching even if spoiled by the memes. Parasite is also a good, more recent one.
