I don’t know what the solution is but not reading Reddit is a reasonable first step. It’s so obviously overrun by bots and astroturfing that it’s pointless to visit anymore
The internet/social media was a mistake and I’m sure there’s others out there that feel the same way.
I wish Lemmy was more busy. I keep getting bored when my feed runs out here, but then I instantly regret it when I pop on reddit. Every. Time.
Sometimes when I Google a technical problem, Reddit comes up, but even then most answers to modern tech problems appear to be AI and work less and less often.
