for a small group of very rich women, through a quirk of their laws, which, because their politics were essentially paralyzed, they never managed to rectify (there were attempts).

i dont think the rest of the women had it that good. and the rest tracks, the men barely knowing their wives and living together in barracks all their lives. and the extreme violence.
