They are great. As as kid I used to lick them until my tongue bled
TIL you can make marshmallows without industrial machinery.
A fancy chocolatier in SF makes them in their cafe and it's so good
I never knew a marshmallow could be that good
you can make them using any tool that can make whipped cream, even just a whisk if you're brave
I found a hand-crank drill at the local Goodwill, and I was ecstatic. Mixer attachment on that and I'll foam up anything with my bare hands.
