That website contains two examples and five short paragraphs. I think this is reasonable
I don't consider it unreasonable, it's just a funny juxtaposition because the format resembles AI output.

Yes, it's direct structured writing supported by examples. I'm not saying it's a bad essay, it's just a funny thing to read an essay about how reading AI essays wastes the readers time.
