Yeah, Biden had the files too. It’s not like there’s any shortage of Israel worshipping Iran warhawks on the dem side, either.
Things might have been a little different but I doubt they’d be as different as OP thinks.
Biden did nothing in reaction to a Coup attempt and scapegoated Garland. Nobody bats an eye at that, it's insane. I think the federal court seal on Epstein Files is true to an extent but that wasn't the only thing they could've taken Trump down with. They chose to punish nobody important for Jan 6th, emboldening the new confederates.
Biden also could have said "fuck the seal" and declassified and published them anyways. Even if they were later retracted and deleted from the DOJ website, the internet would share them around.
Of course Joe Biden and the wider DNC didn't want those documents released, because they would implicate big Democrat donors and create mass-disillusionment. They got released now as a way to spite Trump, and perhaps because whatever disarray they incited would be under Trump's rule... or perhaps because Democrats correctly determined that the USA wasn't going to riot or enact a mass-strike or do anything "radical" after learning that their entire life has been played by billionaire sex-trafficking child-raping baby-eating pedophiles </3
You very well could be right, I'm not American so I'm less intimate with their legal system. My main point was just that there were (and still will be) so many paths to putting the pedo in prison and Dems simply didn't even try to.
It's almost like the two parties work together and hold a monopoly on our political system. A duopoly, if you will.

Who's left to enforce what's legal? If the entire government is compromised, and constantly approving of illegal shit, what use is there in caring about laws and legality of actions? Power rules, laws are mere suggestions to the Epstein-class
They had so many chances to pull exactly the same shit to stop evil and never did in the name of "normality". If they want to market themselves as the "good guys" and then choose not to stop cartoonish levels of evil how do they expect any remaining support? By the way I'm not even from the US, I just find it depressing to follow the situation from here in Europe knowing this is likely what's waiting for us in 10-20 years. Let's hope our democracy is better than yours

Biden could have tested the powers the Supreme Court handed him and done so anyway, calling it an official act.
But since he was utterly spineless and pretended to respect the law as long as the law wasn't preventing him from selling weapons for genocide, he didn't.
Epstien's flight logs were publicly released during the Ghislaine Maxwell trial which occured before he ever took office. The FBI raided Little Saint James in 2019. But sure, lets pretend the president had absolutely no idea about it because they didn't publicly release a folder labeled "The Epstien Files" while he was in office.
