Not just 3000 dollars for a drone, but for what would probably have to be a suicide drone. Not counting however much it cost to build the payload.

It's not even really the drone part that's hard, it's the addition of a trigger to remotely detonate a payload part that people need a guide on. There are cheap fpv drones that would work and there are 3d printed drones that already exist but the extra detail that the layman currently lacks is adding a trigger and payload.

Drones are sexy, but don't underestimate the capabilities of a large slingshot and incendiary projectiles. These things are supposed to be several square miles in size. You literally cannot miss them.

i think pointing your hunting rifle at 45 degrees and taking some potshots from a mile away is an underexplored american option. maybe because you have to do a little maths.
