Yeah, when an ex tells you not that they've changed, but that it was all someone else's fault...
These fucking wannabe-guillotine-testers went so far as to publicize their claim unprompted, too. (Oh, wow. The veracity? Mmf. Unassailable.๐ค๐ผ)

... What? That's literally the exact opposite of what Safran said. He clearly positioned it as the fault of the industry โ making zero attempt to distance DC Studios from the blame โ and then claimed that they had changed with Supergirl.
Whether you believe the claim they've changed is categorically separate from (if I'm reading your comment right, because honestly it's a bit incoherent) claiming Safran shifted blame elsewhere and purported not to have changed.
