We should stop using the white chad mr chin meme. There are better examples of chadness out there:

I think it's a word that has sort of been co-opted by various people to indicate to others what they believe manly values should be. I've unironically referred to people as chads when they've done something that I thought was based (based is another example of one of these words, actually).
