I'm nearly 50. But luckily I did martial arts for 15 years and so during that time frame from my late twenties through my '30s and early '40s I was very active I biked many many miles a day I ran I did martial arts I did a lot of things to keep me active. I now work a very active job in the IT construction industry building new restaurants businesses stores etc so I'm always moving lifting ladders things like that while I don't actively exercise I exercise every single day. People doubt that I'm 50. People doubt that I have a grandchild and a second one on the way. People doubt that I have kids that are old enough to be married with kids. It's not only good genetics but it's also that I stayed active the entire time. And never became sedentary and never became one of those people that just waited for something else to happen.
