{EDIT FIXED} All of the sudden my start button on winblows 10 won't work. I tried hard shutdown, restarting, restarting windows explorer via task manager. Nothing works, help. (hexbear.net)

My battery is dead is on this laptop I'm using wall power. And how do I disable cortana? It's all fucked up now start doesn't work, my hdd is locked at 100%, fan is super loud, idk wtf I did

If I knew, I would tell you. I switched to Linux Mint about a year or so ago and haven't looked back.
