Apologies for the crude title, but I'm not sure how else to title this one. Doing some plumbing work at a large home, one of the floor drains has a one way check ball in it to prevent drain backups since the home's plumbing is lower than the city main.
The check ball has gotten water inside it and as such no longer functions correctly. as a matter of course I searched for 'floor drain check ball' via google, to search for a replacement local to me.
For some reason Gemini decided that I was looking for something entirely different.
