I'm not sure why the publicly-owned Iranian news station would post an AI photo of Khamenei.

It's possible that it is a real photo but not the last photo. I tried doing reverse image search and didn't find any results.

PressTV is a reliable source. On the wikipedia page, it lists the URL presstv.ir and then you go to that URL and it lists their twitch account in the top right corner of the webpage.

Only saying that because they removed it (which they would do if it was since they're a good news source). Might have been a bad source. Could also be that they decided it wasn't appropriate? Who knows
