Why would DPRK need propaganda in that vein? It's one thing to propagandize the capabilities of your craft/weapons, but I don't see how they would be overexaggerating or how anything relating to divine has to do with it. They have capable, sufficient and quite frankly, working, deterrence against the United States.

I think they're referring to the imperial propaganda about DPRK, which depicts DPRK as a backwards hermit kingdom that is simultaneously an existential threat to Amerikkka.
