Marx predicts and explains why stimulants that promote produvtivity at the expense of health will inevetably be forced by a capitalist society that endlessly demands more of workers. So capitalism drives more people to drug dependency essentially by design. The meme is kind of edgy but that what it's trying to get at IMO.
