Always at my job.

My manager is a micromanager and I don't mesh well with a lot of the ways we do things. So I'll try to start a project to make things better for me and I'll mention it or ask if I should continue when we meet. Every single time I get told no after some very fake deliberating from my manager.

I really really need to learn to keep my mouth shut and just do the thing that's going to help me
