If so, why nobody talks about? Could I setup rss server there?

I'm wondering if university email allow you to get free server that you could try self hosting on it on any service

And how to do it? Looking for a tutorial.

Is there anything similar to this in Lemmy or one of its clients?

The federated lemmy field is all about politics and some memes. I convinced a friend with fediverse idea and advised him to start with lemmy and mastodon accounts, he has never used Reddit and aren't familiar with subs that Reddit users know.

Recommend him some cool communities that's not politics.

Libertorrent is buggy and progress get stuck in the middle of download, Navi download is abandoned and doesn't get updates and aria2app UI is awful (doesn't keep downloaded torrents) and don't get updated.

First website doesn't have much actually, doesn't even have a search. The second article is basically listing of available services and what they offer for free and their subscription fees.

I'm looking for Torrents.

I looked at all torrent sites in fmhy list, but all of them doesn't have any Arabic books.

Does AudioBookBay have Arabic books?

I already do this. Me and my friends, we share everything through phone using localsend even fitgirl games. In fact, that is the only financially feasible solution.

In a third world country that doesn't care much about individuals torrenting. All 4 ISP we have block Torrent sites but that is easily solved be changing DNS. However, the problem is that we have qouta in here. One gigabyte (home dsl) costs 1.5 pounds, 1 gigabyte on mobile data costs 50 pounds = 1$. You can see the different bundles that two famous ISPs provide which is basically the same in links below: https://eshop.vodafone.com.eg/en/internetServices/dsl/dsl-bundles

For football, people use special reciver, they put it on the dish and it doesn't consume much internet only needed for starting connection, I didn't use it myself. For movies and series we torrent and share via localsend for example. I might only download one season per month, but I get other stuff from friends. We share what we download even games.
