This happens at every level of bureaucracy and is an essential tool to getting by. Always give your boss something small and obvious to correct so you can get away with other stuff. If you wanna smuggle contraband have decoy contraband. Have a vape in a semi hidden place im ykur bag so they don't catch whatever else is there cause once they've found and taken ome thing you seem to be trying to hide, they feel the job is done. Don't fo this for something like a plane, but an overpriced music festival or whatever it works for great if you can't just sneak in
Whenever I find obvious contraband in Contraband Police I spend the next several ingame hours stripping the car down to the chassis to make sure I don't miss a single thing
