Honestly probably pretty damn common.

But much more common for the genocidal entity to do genocidal things.

The nazis actually killed more of their own people than they did British because of rocket malfunctions lol

A lot of that had to do with sabotage, though. They often used slave labor for building the rockets, something the US conveniently omits when discussing von Braun.
