I swear those things are always half empty and the coffee is lukewarm at best!

The big pot things are always hot.

The newer industrial coffee makers drip directly into insulated pots which are like the worst of both worlds. Even harder to clean and does a worse job of keeping the coffee hot.

The thermo-carafes are meant to be a huge version of that. They get filled directly from even bigger coffee machines. They're actually better but only if you're dealing with a high volume of coffee dispensing.

At work we have a bunch of options but my favorite is a big ass thing that probably holds 2 gallons of drip, like they have at Panera, and our facilities guy brews it so strong it's like tar. I have to water it down.

So much better than that Keurig bullshit
