37.4, I can see that. I don’t open the windows at that temp (45f/7.2c is about the lowest I’ll go) because I have a turtle, but I do very much enjoy going outside when it hits solidly above freezing.
I think around 14 yrs now? They can live a max of like 20, so not doing too bad. His tank mate died a year back tho, so he’s been pretty lonely. Super friendly variety, likes interacting with my fingers.
They are reeves turtles, aka Asian pond turtles, and get a max of about 4 inches, so real tiny. My male topped out at 2 inches and the female got 4. They aren’t common in the US because their max size is just at the lower limit for selling turtles so they have to be fully mature adults before sale. I bought mine as newly hatched research animals, because that’s a loophole. :)
