Some muzzle devices are explicitly designed to shatter glass alongside normal function - although they're commonly found on breaching shotguns.
Yes but what about rule #4 of gun safety: Never point your gun at anything you don’t want a bullet hole in?

Can’t violate a law you have no respect for in the first place.
