The guy in the top right is Scott Adams, a fascist trump supporter who recently died. He is also the creator of the Dilbert comic strip franchise. Dilbert is taking revenge on the type of people that Scott Adams got in Twitter beefs with. He was apparently a holocaust denier and DEI hater if the third and fourth figures are accurate.
