No actually because China gives a shit about victims and straight up kills the abusers instead of making them president.

Maybe I misread, but it reads like you are connecting those two things, when really they aren't connected. I don't know what else to say.

No. I mean, I'm explicitly saying they aren't connected. And I don't cheer it on. The extent of the punishment is unrelated to the recompense of the victim.
